TOTALDRUGMART.COM™ RETURN POLICY
As a result of applicable laws prescription medication can not be returned. Totaldrugmart.com™ will, however, issue refunds to customers who can provide a satisfactory reason for the cancellation and / or return of an order. The issue of whether the customer has provided a satisfactory reason for the cancellation and / or return of na order will be within the absolute discretion of Totaldrugmart.com™, and will be determined on a case by case basis.
Totaldrugmart.com™ will issue refunds when:
- a shipping error was made by totaldrugmart.com™ which resulted in delays.
- medications are lost or damaged during the shipping process.
Totaldrugmart.com™ will not issue refunds if:
- the customer decides to cancel order after order has been shipped.
- the customer refuses the order due to delays imposed by customs.
- customer refuses order upon delivery.
- customer error (i.e. the customer ordered the wrong medication, etc)
If the customer cancels the order with legitimate reason(s): and the order is still at Totaldrugmart.com™, a full refund will be made.
